Royal Tiger 377 continues to progress steadily. The external bodywork is close to completion; recent work has included fitting all wheel arches, smoothing out the rear dome and fitting the side mouldings. Attention has now switched to the interior with refurbishment of the luggage racks. When 377 was modified back in the 1960s for use by the Cheshire Home the luggage racks were removed. Fortunately we have a donor bus, 386, and the racks have been sourced from there. One rack has now been repaired and lino fitted to the top side. The underneath is now being painted and in the near future work can begin on the second one.
