RVPT is a member of the National Association of Road Transport Museums, (www.nartm.org.uk) an umbrella organisations involved in vintage bus preservation. Meetings are held for members twice a year and the most recent one was hosted by RVPT as part of our Ribble 100 celebrations. Based at a hotel in St Anne’s the weekend included a visit to the RVPT depot and a Sunday morning vintage tram ride.
Members were transported from the hotel to our depot in Cheetah coach 1568 and the return journey was in Lytham Leyland Lion 24. Despite wet and very windy weather the weekend went well.
