Work continues on our Leyland bodied Royal Tiger 377. With nearside panels and beading fitted attention turned to the rear dome. We had to completely rebuild the rear of the bus as it was converted in 1965 to have a wheelchair lift for its time with the Cheshire Home in Windermere. Having restructured the back end it was necessary to fit a dome of the original shape. Fortunately we have a donor bus (386) which provided the dome. After some repair work it has been fitted to 377. It still requires some finishing work but this is a major step forward.
